Business Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provide SAP system support – optimize & training
• Drive the tracking and Improvements of Logistics Efficiency
• Improve flow between order management with supplier and customers and warehouse management system
• Trouble shoot existing problems and work with teams to overcome these issues using tools like Kaizen, 6 Sigma etc
• Support the team in generating reporting for KPI’s
• Support the deployment of SPS for DC’s
• Support users in data cleansing in preparation for bridge deployment

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in IT or Business Studies or Engineering
• Job related Experience: Minimum 2 years experience with knowledge of business processes.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP R/3 4.6C application modules (SD,MM,WM,PP).  
• Business Understanding: Good working knowledge in Supply Chain & Logistics, specific focus on Order fulfillment,  Inventory Management, Purchasing, Production Control and Warehouse Management 
• Strong business process knowledge and problem solving skill
• Able to utilize cross functional knowledge to analyze impact of decisions upon the entire process and drive best solutions
• Analytical with excellent structured problem resolution competency
• Knowledge of project management methodology  is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & oral) with all levels of staff
• Able to work independently
• Team player
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
