                                  HR Business Partner

                                   
                                   

                                  Responsibilities:

                                  • In constant partnership with East Asia HR Business partners, proposes efficient HR solutions that are suited to the business challenges and align the application to Group HR policies.
                                  • Support organization change and the application of change management strategies
                                  • Work with HRBPs in the region to drive employee engagement, employee retention, employer branding, enhance workplace collaboration and talent development
                                  • Lead and Collaborates with East Asia HR partners on deployment of HR programs/ initiatives

                                  Requirements:

                                  • Bachelor's degree in any fields
                                  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Human Resources as generalist role
                                  • Ability to translate business needs into Human Resources initiatives
                                  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and anticipate the needs of multiple client groups
                                  • Demonstrated ability to influence managers on change initiatives
                                  • Outstanding written communication skills and high attention to detail
                                  • Excellent customer service skills
                                  • Demonstrated ability to use initiatives, seek out information and problem solve
                                  • Professional presentation and conduct
                                  • Pragmatism and business awareness
