Support organization change and the application of change management strategies
Work with HRBPs in the region to drive employee engagement, employee retention, employer branding, enhance workplace collaboration and talent development
Lead and Collaborates with East Asia HR partners on deployment of HR programs/ initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any fields
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Human Resources as generalist role
Ability to translate business needs into Human Resources initiatives
Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and anticipate the needs of multiple client groups
Demonstrated ability to influence managers on change initiatives
Outstanding written communication skills and high attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills
Demonstrated ability to use initiatives, seek out information and problem solve
Professional presentation and conduct
Pragmatism and business awareness
Candidate who are intesrested must be willing to be based in Hong Kong
