Generate, monitor and consolidate the purchasing department’s productivity performance indices and P&L at APAC level, focusing on non-production purchases (NPP) of the assigned countries.
Ensure the accuracy and consistency of the financial reports through the use of our centralized information and data systems and reporting tools.
Present NPP financial results to internal stakeholders and the purchasing community.
Implement and provide training in purchasing data management systems and tools that support the NPP financial results reporting.
Define and review the financial administration system to meet internal audit requirements relating to financial results and business processes.
Perform cross-sectional analysis of one of the global commodities where necessary.
Requirement:
Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experiences in financial data analysis, reporting and the deployment of related systems and tools.
Candidates with experiences in establishing such analysis and reporting functions in a regional capacity will be prioritized.
Experiences in non-production purchasing function will be advantageous.
Analytical and numerically-inclined with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to communicate effectively to drive outcomes in a timely manner.
Proven leadership, hands-on, and savvy with financial reporting requirements.
Successfully placed candidate must be willing to be based in Singapore.
