Responsibilities:
- Establish good relationship with distributors, Participate regular meeting and grasp Projects, Manage the Special Price of each customer.
- Manage the project of important customer, Regular visit for Important customer and build good relationship, Target Customer Selection, Approach it and include Generating enquiries, Identify & analyzing customer’s requirements, provide product & solution specification to the customer. Management Project till closing.
- Participate in negotiation with the customer, meeting with clients for pre bid requirements, Coordinating for delivery of the orders as per deadline, keep a track of supply and installation of orders and execute it in order to avoid any delays and meet customers’ expectations
- Business Planning of assigned area and tracing it. Regular Reporting of Sales result and forecast, area activity etc by weekly and monthly base.
Requirements:
- Education: DEE / BE (Electronics / Instrumentation / Electrical)
- Over 5 Years experience in Sales of machine maker or System integrators. and experience in Factory or Industrial Automation, familiar with commercial aspects including taxation,
- Understanding of Business functions and process, Ability to understand customer requirements, understanding of competitors sales strategies, product mix, specific offer etc., Knowledge of Factory Automation and Industrial Automation Systems etc,
- Proactive, Team player, market anticipation, Result / target oriented, Fire in belly, Communication Skills, Negotiation skills, Customer relationship management, Aggressive, Customer Handling
