Supplier Quality Senior Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Manage supplier quality performance at regional level.
• Manage the suppliers’ critical quality issues escalated by the factories.
• Initiate and develop action plans to drive supplier quality performance improvement.
• Develop suppliers’ capabilities through 6-Sigma and Lean Manufacturing:
• Conduct continuous improvement projects with suppliers on critical business issues.
• Train/ coach suppliers.
• Define targets to establish and maintain supplier quality.
• Conduct supplier quality audits.
• Deploy corporate initiatives and train/ coach our supplier management staff at our factories.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in any relevant Engineering field.
• At least 6-8 years of relevant supplier quality management experiences in Mechanical commodities/ supplier management, and familiar with manufacturing processes and technology.
• Preferably possesses 6-Sigma Green belt or above.
• Results driven with ability to multi-task.
• A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
