                                  Technician(s)

                                   
                                   

                                  The Technician is responsible for customer site service and in-warranty unit repair activities involving installation, modification and repair of equipment and systems for company’s electrical products. The technician is also required to manage third party Service Vendors.

                                  Job Responsibilities:

                                  • Represent Company in dealing with customer concerns and providing customer support
                                  • Perform site evaluations, scheduled and unscheduled site visits
                                  • Support customers in the installation, modification, repair & maintenance (such as replacing batteries, fans, etc) of Company products
                                  • Solve Power and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) problems at customer site
                                  • Create country failure reports based on site interventions
                                  • Identify and report failure modes encountered when in the field and determine the cause of these failures
                                  • Train third party service vendors on new products and act as a primary instructor for all company products
                                  • Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance of Company products
                                  • Ensure compliance with all safety policies, or practices and procedures at all times

                                  Job Requirements:

                                  • Minimum a Technical Certificate in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
                                  • Preferably with 2 years or more of relevant working experience.  Fresh graduates may apply as training will be provided
                                  • Able to operate under pressure
