Develop and improve manufacturing line architect to increase manufacturing efficiency
Direct, monitor and control the team’s operations in order to ensure efficient utilization of manpower and work schedules are met to improve customer service level and achieve company objectives with day-to-day operational issues.
Continuously review, plan, evaluate warehouse and distribution activities; work methods, cost effectiveness, staff performance, overall efficiencies and maintain optimum utilization of space and constantly review methods of material handling and flow to increase productivity.
Establish and ensure good work quality standard objectives are met by working in the most efficient way.
Continuously make improvement to provide efficient services to customers.
Ensure warehouse operations are in compliance with all internal and external audit requirements and legislations.
Conduct cycle count activities and annual stock-take event to ensure all inventories are properly managed
Requirement:
Tertiary education (Diploma) in Supply Chain and Logistics Management
5 years’ managerial experience in warehouse and logistics management; inventory management, warehouse management and operations, order management
Understanding of general business functions and up-to-date knowledge in warehouse and logistics evolutions.
Computer literate, warehousing and people management, SAP
